Nairn Book and Arts Festival 2008
As part of the 
Nairn
Book and Arts Festival 2008 we organised some photography related
events. These included participating in an exhibition featuring works by
talented local artists and photographers, a well supported open competition
aimed at local amateur photographers and a light-hearted photographic challenge
looking at Nairn High Street in closeup. The events were all designed to
promote photography as an artform, but also to demonstrate that taking photographs
can provide a challenge and yet still be a great deal of fun!
Many thanks to all those that supported, took part or simply visited the exhibitions/competitions without your support there would be little enjoyment in staging such events.
